Night of Scotch, Whiskey & Food

Chef Kevin Cottle presents an interactive five course dinner matched with the finest golden-colored spirits! Hudson Bay Bourbon, Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey 12 year Special Reserve & Balvenie Single Malt Scotch 14 year Caribbean cask just to name a few!

Your evening’s schedule…

A reception begins at 6:30 p.m. Our featured cocktail will be Hudson Manhattan Rye Whiskeey with passed Hors d’Oeuvers.

Dinner is served at 7 p.m.

Hudson Baby Bourbon paired with Caramelized Hudson Valley Foie Gras – Butternut squash spread, baby bourbon-brioche pan perdu, fig jam, Brussel sprout chips, bacon powder .

Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey 12 Year Special Reserve paired with Cast Iron Georges Bank Sea Scallops Parsnip-fennel puree, toasted barley, English peas, smoked bacon, blood orange Beurre Blanc

Balvenie Single Malt Scotch 14 Year Caribbean Cask paired with Sous Vide Venison Loin Chanterelles, smoked-maple pommes puree, rainbow chard, toasted pistachio, vanilla-kumquat reduction sauce

Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch 21 Year Reserva Rum Cask Finish paired with Pecan-Maple Pie Sea Salt and Glenfiddich Carmel Ice Cream
