Powder Ridge is proud to host Special Olympics Connecticut 2020 Winter Games. More than 900 athletes of all abilities from across the state are expected to participate. To qualify to compete in Winter Games, athletes must complete a minimum of eight weeks training in their sport with their local team.
Events are free and open to the public. Spectators are encouraged to attend and The Ridge is open to the public.
Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding at Powder Ridge
Opening Ceremonies kick off at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Saturday Events start at 10:30 a.m. and finish up at 3 p.m., with Awards Ceremonies between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Sunday Events start at 10:30 a.m. and finish up at 1 p.m., with Awards Ceremonies between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
