Making spirits bright – Get decked out for the holidays and join us at Powder Ridge’s Winter Wonderland Holiday Party. Bring co-workers and friends to an unforgettable holiday party filled with a delicious buffet or plated dinner & dancing.

Dec. 7th – $59 per person, plated dinner, live band and dancing. Cash bar


Choice of one app:

  • Apple cider butternut bisque
  • Mesculn salad, cucumbers, onion, tomato, balsamic vinaigrette

Choice of one entree:

  • Filet mignon, truffle compound butter, potato au gratin, asparagus, melted morel veal demi glace
  • Serrrano wrapped chicken breast, stuffed with smoked gouda and gruyere cheeses, cauliflower potato cake, haricot verts, pan jus
  • Grilled Atlantic swordfish, evoo poached crushed potatoes, asparagus, champagne-caper buerre blanc
  • Ratatouille – Eggplant, turnips, sweet potato, Brussel sprouts, broccoli rabe pesto, toasted Israeli cous cous, candied butternut squash boat, charred lemon

Dec. 8th – $45 per person, Buffet dinner, a live band and dancing. Cash bar.
