Powder Ridge features Mountainside Markets, Holiday Fairs, Health & Beauty expo with opportunities for vendors and exhibitors.

New England Winter Festival –  Holiday and Vendor market. This festival is held over a 2 week period in December and offers multiple vendor opportunities. Choose one day or multi dates with discounts. December 13,14,15 December 20,21,22 December 26 – 31. Please email Laura at lloffredo@powderridgepark.com for more information.

Sunday Market – Open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor day  11 – 3 pm

Every Sunday the mountain is packed with a wide variety of vendors including farmers, artisan, craftsmen, flea market and antique dealers. There are typically over 30 vendors each week and it’s never the same, you’ll want to come often! This event is held rain or shine – Inside the lodge & out on the mountain.

Come for Sunday brunch at Fire at The Ridge and then let’s shop! Mountain sports are also available for added fun. This is a free-to-attend event!

For vendor information please register below.  For the Sunday market we do not pre-register vendors. Show up on site and pay the $10 fee. For this reason we cannot schedule D.S.

We ask that each vendor register and we will add you to our mailing list. You will recieve information and vendor forms (when needed). Please complete the following registration form.

Vendor Rules

  • Powder Ridge (the Marketplace Management) is not responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to goods on premises due to theft or weather.
  • Farmers will sell only Connecticut grown, no exceptions.
  • Contact the Southington Health district for food permits
  • Management has the right to remove vendor or the vendor’s merchandise for any reason should the management feel as if it does not promote the safe family-friendly environment.
  • No food or beverages are to be sold or given away by unauthorized vendors
  • Music must not be heard outside your space.
  • Vendors are required to clean their spaces before they can leave, including all cigarette butts, other trash and debris.
  • Vendors are liable for the safety of their booths and tents. All tents (10×10 only) and umbrellas must be anchored and secured.
  • It is a violation of state and federal law to sell counterfeit goods or knock-offs.
  • Vendors are liable for the merchandise they sell.
  • Sunday market vendors can set up anytime after 9 a.m. and must stay set-up and in their space until 3 p.m. and have until 4 p.m. to clean/pack-up and exit field. After registering you are welcome to come every Sunday. Please keep us posted on your schedule.
  • No guns or ammunition on-site.

The Summer market features a wide variety of vendors including, farmers, artisan, craftsmen, flea market and antique dealers. The market goes from Memorial Day weekend through to the middle of September. We also hold markets on select dates throughout the year.

The Mountainside Market will be held rain or shine, inside the lodge & outdoor on the mountain each Sunday, starting Memorial Day weekend.
