Payment Terms – Consignment rates are based on the final sale price of each item

• Consignors will receive 70% of the sales.
• Payments will be made monthly at the end of each month.

Additional Details

1. All consignors must be over 18 years of age, warrant that s/he is the lawful owner of the items to be consigned and have a valid I.D.
2. Consigned items must be clean, complete, non-damaged, meet our quality standards and be in demand. Items may be declined at drop off, or the consignor may be contacted to pick up an item within seven days if it does not meet our requirements. Unclaimed items will become the property of Powder Ridge Mountain Park & Resort.
3. Sale prices will be mutually agreed upon by Powder Ridge and the consignor and are based on original retail price, condition, demand and market value.
4. The consignment period is eight weeks or the end of the winter season, whichever comes first and will begin on the date listed on the in-take form. If your item has not sold after eight weeks, it is your responsibility to come pick it up. Any items that are not picked up at the end of the consignment period will become the property of Powder Ridge.
5. Consignment items can be reduced in price after two weeks. The price of the consignment item(s) can be reduced every two weeks in an attempt to sell the item. If the item isn’t sold and you are no longer willing to drop the price, you may collect the item and make further efforts to sell it on your own. If the item does not sell by the end of the eight weeks, you are obligated to retrieve the item from the facility.
6. It is the consignor’s responsibility to notify us if there is a minimum amount that you are willing to accept for your items. You may pick up the item at any time; please indicate the date on the in-take form.
7. It is the consignor’s responsibility to know the expiration date on items and pick them up.
8. Powder Ridge is not responsible for lost or stolen consignment items.

Powder Ridge agrees to pay the consignor by check. Checks are cut at the end of each month and will be mailed. Requests can be made to pick up in person or by phone at (866) 860-0208.
